Aperol cocktail FAQ
What do I need besides Aperol for an Aperol Spritz?
Prosecco and soda water, plus an orange slice. The other Aperol drinks on this page (Paper Plane, Naked and Famous) need bourbon or mezcal and a second bitter or citrus.
Is Aperol the same as Campari?
No. Aperol is lower-proof and sweeter, with orange rather than the deeper bitter herbs of Campari. Keep them as separate pantry bottles.
