campari, sweet vermouth

Named for Campari’s Milan and sweet vermouth’s Turin. Add soda and it becomes an Americano; swap soda for gin and you get a Negroni.

  1. Build Campari and sweet vermouth over ice in a rocks glass.
  2. Stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
