Jungle Bird Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

dark rum, campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup

Created in the late 1970s at the Aviary Bar in the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. One of the few classic Tiki cocktails that prominently features Campari.

Ingredients

dark rum 1.5 oz
campari 0.75 oz
pineapple juice 1.5 oz
lime juice 0.5 oz
simple syrup 0.5 oz

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint sprig (optional).
