Ingredients:

green creme de menthe, white creme de cacao, heavy cream

Created in 1918 at Tujague's in New Orleans. A mint-chocolate dessert drink that became a staple of mid-century American cocktail culture.

green creme de menthe 1 oz
white creme de cacao 1 oz
heavy cream 1 oz

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with grated chocolate or a mint leaf (optional).
